Goodbye, Farewell. See you Soon!

Terms & Conditions

Using and contributing to this publication

These terms set the boundaries for use of Toodeloo Business. Read them with the Privacy Policy and Legal Disclaimer. They describe reasonable website use, contributions and the role of the operator. They do not take away rights that applicable law makes compulsory.

Browse and participate lawfully

Do not use the service to threaten, harass, defame, deceive or unlawfully discriminate. Do not upload material you have no right to share, expose another person's private information or send unsolicited advertising. Attempts to manipulate ratings or reactions, impersonate someone, defeat security or overload the site are not permitted.

Where you have an account, provide accurate details and take reasonable care of access credentials. Tell the operator through Contact Us if you suspect unauthorised use. Responsibility for account activity is subject to the circumstances and applicable law, not an automatic obligation to bear every loss caused by someone else.

Be clear about an experience

Visitor feedback should concern a genuine experience and distinguish observations from opinion. A public anonymous label is allowed where offered, but it is not permission to invent an encounter or make an unsupported accusation. Read the form before submitting and leave unnecessary personal details out.

Rights in content and editorial decisions

You keep any ownership rights you hold in material you contribute. To operate the requested publication feature, you give the operator a non-exclusive permission to receive, store, reproduce, format, display and moderate that material. The permission extends only as reasonably needed for those functions and does not make you the owner of someone else's work.

The operator may decline, amend for presentation or compliance, suspend or remove contributions, and restrict access when reasonably necessary. Publication is not guaranteed. A moderation decision may be reviewed on a reasoned request through Contact Us; no promise is made that every disputed contribution will be restored.

Business relationships remain separate

A profile enquiry may be passed to the company named on the form under the delivery arrangement explained there. Sending it does not create a booking or compel a reply. Agreements about work, payment, delivery and guarantees must be made with the provider. The website's presence in the communication does not itself create agency or responsibility for the service.

Images and written material may be digitally altered or AI-assisted, as explained in the Legal Disclaimer. Respect copyright and other rights when copying or reusing material. Permitted legal exceptions remain available, but public access alone is not a licence for unrestricted reproduction.

Changes, liability and concerns

Features can change or be interrupted. Lawful liability limits in the Legal Disclaimer apply, while consumer guarantees and other non-excludable rights remain. You may be responsible, to the extent law allows, for reasonable direct losses attributable to your unlawful submission or material breach. This does not cover the operator's own fault or impose unlimited liability irrespective of responsibility.

Terms may be revised prospectively for legitimate operational or legal reasons, with notice where required. Existing accrued rights are not erased by an update. Raise questions through Contact Us. New Zealand law and a Wellington, New Zealand dispute forum are intended to apply subject to mandatory rules, regulator powers and competent tribunals. Unenforceable wording does not invalidate the rest of the lawful agreement.
