About Elanie: Crossroads Accounting & Advisory Services was born from a vision that Elanie van Greuning received during a Christian outreach in Carterton in June 2021. Inspired by a divine calling to reflect God's love and glory through her work, Elanie founded Crossroads with a heartfelt commitment to the success and well-being of her clients.

Elanie's journey in the field of chartered accounting spans over 25 years, with 22 years in New Zealand and 3 years in South Africa. Her extensive experience includes serving a diverse array of clients, from small sole traders to multi-million dollar enterprises, across industries such as professional services, pharmacy, retail, trades, franchises, property development, and investment trusts. Elanie’s passion lies in being a trusted advisor, guiding her clients through their financial, tax, and business affairs, from basic compliance to strategic business transactions.

Throughout her career, Elanie has held significant roles, including Operations Manager in two firms, while also managing her own client portfolios. Her expertise in setting strategic financial and operational goals, improving business processes, and helping clients achieve their objectives has given her a comprehensive understanding of the challenges and needs of business owners.

In addition to her professional experience, Elanie has been actively involved in her family’s motor vehicle repair business since 2009. As co-director, she has managed the financial and HR aspects, gaining firsthand insight into the daily realities of running a business. This personal experience enriches her ability to empathise with her clients and provide practical, effective advice.
